Refund Policy

Ether Ultimate Optimizer is a non-tangible digital software product offered by Ether Optimizations. Upon successful payment, the purchasing account is automatically upgraded to Ultimate Access, granting immediate access to all premium features.

Because the product is delivered digitally and immediately, it is considered fully delivered once the Ultimate version is accessed.

Activation Through Login

Ultimate Access is considered fully delivered and activated at the moment the purchasing account successfully logs into the Ultimate version of the desktop application. The first successful login constitutes:

• Confirmation of delivery
• Activation of the purchased digital service
• Full performance of the digital product

No Refund After Activation

Once a user logs into the Ultimate version of the desktop application and accesses premium features, the digital product is considered consumed. Refunds will not be provided after:

• First successful login to the Ultimate version
• Accessing Ultimate features
• Using optimization functions or tools

After activation, all sales are final.

EU Digital Content Waiver

For customers located in the European Union: By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is lost once you log into the Ultimate version of the application.

Exceptional Refunds & Customer Commitment

At Ether Ultimate Optimizer, we value our users and aim to resolve issues fairly. While refunds are generally not available after login and feature access, in rare and exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer:

• A partial refund (up to 50% of the purchase price)
• A full refund as a gesture of goodwill

Approval of any exceptional refund is evaluated case by case and does not establish a precedent or obligation for future purchases. We encourage customers to contact our support team to review any concerns efficiently.

Refund Request Requirements

All refund requests (including exceptional cases) must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include:

• Order ID and proof of payment
• Clear description of the issue
• Screenshots or video evidence if applicable

Incomplete or unsupported requests may not be considered.

Abuse & Chargebacks

Attempting to request a refund after logging into and using Ultimate features, or initiating a chargeback without contacting support, may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent removal of access
• Restriction from future purchases

We strongly encourage users to contact support first to resolve any issues.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• It will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible
• Processing may take up to 10 business days
• Transaction or processing fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law

Acceptance of Policy

By purchasing and accessing Ultimate features in Ether Ultimate Optimizer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy provided by Ether Optimizations.
